Established some 100 years ago in the heart of the North West, the Howard and Seddon Partnership has widely recognised experience in providing architectural services and interior design in the residential, recreational and commercial sectors. As an accomplished Partnership, Howard and Seddon can provide a core team for any large project of a multi-disciplinary nature, encompassing the implementation of architectural and landscaping aspects. In undertaking such projects, associations are formed with town planners, landscape planners and architects, structural and civil engineers, cooling/heating and electrical engineers, and management and property consultants as required. This multi-disciplinary approach has enabled the successful completion of a large number of projects involving design skills.

Karl Seddon is the senior partner in the firm, Howard and Seddon Partnership, and has held this position since 1978. He is qualified with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from London University, Master of Science Degree and Diploma in Architecture from London University. He is also a qualified RIBA Architect, and is a chartered member of the RIBA and the Architects Registration Board. The Company, Howard and Seddon Partnership, is a member of the RIBA Chartered Practice Scheme.

With the UK office based in Sale, Greater Manchester, a skilled team of personnel has successfully been developed to provide an effective unit to ensure both the requisite procedures are followed and the expected standards of design excellence are met. Close ties have been fostered in Hong Kong and Jakarta, where associate offices are located and experience has been attained in similar fields of town planning, landscaping and development consultancy.
